UK pet retailer confirms plans to open 160 new stores across UK – including city

Jollyes Pets has confirmed it aims to open stores in more than 160 locations across the UK in the next five years.

The pet shop chain already trades from 120 stores, and in 2026 it opened stores in various locations, including Worcester

If the right sites become available, Jollyes could sign up another 25 store locations this year.

Locations of particular interest are in the major conurbations of Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester and within the M25 around London.

What does Jollyes Pets sell?

At Jollyes Pets, you can buy a variety of items for pets including toys, leads and collars, pet food and more.

Shoppers can buy items online for dogs, cats, small pets, birds, fish and reptiles.

Jollyes Pets reveals plans to open 160 more locations across the UK

Jollyes’ property team is looking for locations between 3,000 and 7,000 square feet on retail parks and/or prominent roadside locations.

The search is being managed by Edgerley Simpson Howe in England and Wales and Savills in Scotland.

Jollyes Pets confirms opening dates for next three stores

Today (April 14), the business also confirmed the opening dates of its Lincoln, Kidderminster and Yeovil stores which are the next three to open.

It intends to open in Lincoln on May 15, Kidderminster on May 29 and Yeovil on June 19.

The company also plans to open a new store in Derby in early summer.
