The Autumn Makers’ Fair will take place at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum next weekend.
The event on Saturday, October 10, from 10am to 4pm, promises a showcase of handmade crafts from across Worcestershire.
Visitors can browse and buy jewellery, woodwork, homeware, textiles, and hand-crafted puzzles—perfect for early Christmas shopping or simply welcoming in the new season.
Tracey Ayre, events officer at the Art Gallery and Museum, said: “We love hosting Makers’ Fairs at the Art Gallery and Museum.
“They’re a wonderful celebration of local craft and an ideal chance to treat yourself or loved ones.
“There are so many talented creatives out there and it’s lovely to welcome them here.”
The museum shop will also be open, offering a wide selection of cards and gifts.
Food and drink will be available at Little Al’s Kitchen, located at the Balcony Café.
Visitors can extend their day by exploring the Reflections exhibition, which features major artworks on loan from the National Gallery and Glynn Vivian Gallery.
The exhibition includes pieces by Eugène Boudin, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot, and Claude Monet.
Tickets for the exhibition can be booked in advance through the Museums Worcestershire website or purchased on the day at the museum shop.
Entry to the Autumn Makers’ Fair is free.
