National Trust site announces changes as highs of 33C expected

TWO National Trust sites in Worcestershire have announced changes as more hot weather looms.

With the Met Office forecasting temperatures as high as 33C later this week, there will be reduced opening hours at Croome and Hanbury Hall.

Croome Court will close at 1.30pm on Thursday, July 9 and Friday, July 10, with the rest of the site to close at 3pm.

There will also be a limited menu in the site’s café, and it has warned that the RAF playground may be closed.

On both days at Hanbury Hall, the house will close at 1pm, the site will close at 3pm and the car park gates will be closed at 3.30pm. It will also have a limited food offer.
