Footage captures moment thieves bundle motorbike into van

FOOTAGE has captured the moment thieves bundled a motorbike into a van.

The bike, a Yamaha XMax Tech Max, had been parked outside a block of flats on Randwick Drive, Warndon, Worcester, when it was taken in the early hours of Friday morning (April 18).

A white van can be seen pulling up next to the bike shortly after 1am.

Two people then get out of the vehicle, dressed in all black and wearing balaclavas, before picking up the motorbike and loading it into the back of the van.

Less than two minutes later, the van leaves the scene. It appears that the driver remained in the vehicle throughout.

Piotr Karnacz, who owns the motorbike, was left angered by the incident.

He said this is the third time he has had a bike stolen and that he is unable to store them in a more secure area due to fire safety rules.

“Yesterday at 1 am two b******* stole my Yamaha scooter from outside my house,” he said.

“They drove up in a white van and quickly stole my beloved scooter. The action lasted less than 2 minutes.

“Maybe someone saw something.”
