Reason for closure and final trading day
The cat welfare charity said the store would be closing as the lease is due to expire.
The shop’s final trading day will be on Sunday, August 30.
A closing down sale has been launched, with all clothing now just £2 per item.
Jessica Keitley, Cats Protection area retail manager, said: “Cats Protection will sadly be closing its shop in Malvern.
“The shop has helped to provide vital funds for the charity’s work with cats and kittens, but the lease is due to expire shortly and the shop will be closing on August 30.
“This news will be upsetting for everyone involved and I would personally like to thank the shop manager Lucy Taylor and the team of staff and volunteers who gave up their time for the charity.
“In addition, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have supported us over the years.
“Their generosity has helped many needy cats and for that we are extremely grateful.”
