Next date confirmed for opening of tower at National Trust property

A NATIONAL Trust property has confirmed the date when its panorama tower will next open.

The tower at Croome, which is normally closed to visitors, has been opening on selected days throughout the year.

Built in 1801 by James Wyatt for the 6th Earl of Coventry, the tower offers panoramic views of the countryside from its balcony.

It is free to visit, with normal admission charges for Croome.

The next open day will be from 12pm to 2.30pm on September 14.

There will be another open day on November 4.
