Director Kasia Krieger said: “Our new education division provides dedicated and tailored recruitment service to both schools, colleges and candidates.
“Using our many years of experience in the industry, it pulls together a talented team under one banner and provides one solution for those not only looking for education roles but also for schools and colleges looking to address the skills gaps or recruit senior level leaders.
“Schools and colleges don’t have time to source candidates and therefore we feel it’s a much-needed service which also has perfect synergies with the work we do supplying catering staff for schools.”
The new division will help primary and secondary schools and colleges identify suitable candidates from headteachers, teaching staff, administration and support staff through to business and library roles.
Covering both full and part-time and fixed-contract jobs, the agency’s new specialist team will also work closely with candidates to identify potential positions in both state and independent schools as well as colleges.
The launch sees Emma Wilson joining to spearhead the department as its new business development manager.

Ms Krieger continued: “Emma joining us to lead the department is a significant milestone.
“She brings extensive experience and expertise in the sector and her credentials are second to none.
“She is already generating impressive results and interest from both new and existing clients.”
The launch will also see the agency donating IT equipment, sports kit and funding for school trips.
Schools working with the company will be invited to bid for the funding once a term.
