Nicol & Co backs Worcester Warriors again after triumphant return

WORCESTERSHIRE estate agency Nicol & Co has renewed its partnership with Worcester Warriors following the club’s successful return to professional rugby.

The independent agency, which has offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Malvern, will continue as an Official Partner of the Warriors after the club enjoyed a strong first campaign back on the professional stage.

A revitalised Worcester Warriors side put past commercial problems behind them during the 2025/26 season, securing a fourth-place finish in the Championship and re-establishing themselves as a force in English rugby.

Matt Nicol, founder and managing director of Nicol & Co, said the business was delighted to continue its support for the club.

“What a first season to be part of,” he said.

“We’ve loved every minute, from getting to know the players and helping with their accommodation to watching the team go all the way.

“For us this was always about more than just being on the shirts. Huge congratulations to Chris, Stephen, Matt and everyone at the club.

“We can’t wait to see the partnership grow next season.”

Founded in 2009, Nicol & Co has grown into a multi-award-winning estate agency and has built a reputation across Worcestershire for combining expert property advice with modern marketing and a personal approach.

The company has also supported Worcester Warriors away from the field, helping players and staff find accommodation in the area while maintaining close links with the club.

Warriors head of commercial Gill Wood welcomed the renewal and praised the firm’s commitment to both the club and the wider community.

“Matt and the Nicol & Co team are passionate supporters and partners of the club, and we are delighted they will be continuing their partnership,” she said.

“They are a brilliant example of what Worcester as a club stand for as they proudly represent and support the local community in everything they do.”

The renewed agreement strengthens a long-standing relationship between the two organisations as Warriors prepare for the upcoming season and look to build on their encouraging return to professional rugby.
