A MAN has been fined for making homophobic comments during an incident.
Christopher Jagger, 69, has admitted to using threatening or abusive words likely to cause harassment or distress in an incident in Worcester.

He appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 30), where we has fined £957.
The fine, which was initially set at £638, was increased due to the homophobic comments.
Jagger, of Camp Lane in Grimley, was also ordered to pay £500 in compensation, £85 in costs and a £383 surcharge.
