A housing group has completed 29 new affordable properties as part of its latest delivery programme.
The homes, built by Platform Housing Group across Worcestershire during 2025/26, form part of the organisation’s best delivery year in more than five years.
The group said the new homes are part of a long-term commitment to investing in communities across the county.

Of the completed properties, 26 are designated for social rent.
One of the schemes, Lower Orchards in Crowle, delivered 12 homes on Froxmere Road and supports Platform’s goal of helping first-time buyers and families in need of affordable rental housing.
Platform also began construction on an additional 25 homes in the county during the same period, including 15 designated for social rent.
The organisation owns and manages more than 51,000 homes across the Midlands and plans to complete around 1,600 more in 2026/27.
The latest delivery figures helped Platform rise to eighth place nationally in Inside Housing’s annual Biggest Builders Survey, up from 10th the previous year.
The homes form part of a broader programme that saw Platform complete 1,380 properties across England over the year.
