A MAN has been charged after an alleged flashing incident.
Suleman Hussain, 32, is due in court following an alleged indecent exposure near Black Hill car park, off Jubilee Drive, on Sunday (August 2).

He has been charged with two counts of exposure and one count of sex-based harassment.
It comes after the police appealed for more information regarding an alleged exposure incident earlier this week.
Hussain, who is of no fixed abode, is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 4).
