Appeal as police believe tree damage not caused by wildlife

AN appeal has been launched after trees were damaged in Droitwich.

The trees, near the water tower in Droitwich, are not believed to have been damaged by wildlife.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Sadly, further damage to the trees near the water tower in Droitwich has been discovered.

“Due to the amount of damage, we don’t believe that it has been caused by wildlife.

“The Safer Neighbourhood Team will continue to patrol the area.

“If you have any information about the damage, please email the team: droitwicheast.snt@westmercia.police.uk.”
