Taylor & Co Architects

(Image: Taylor & Co Architects)

Taylor and Co Architects is an architectural practice based in Worcestershire, working across residential, heritage and commercial projects.

The team takes a considered approach to working with existing buildings; from characterful period homes and listed properties to traditional timber-framed barns and commercial buildings. Every project starts with an understanding of the building, its surroundings and how it needs to work for its occupants.

Services include architectural design, extensions and renovations, planning applications, listed building work, feasibility studies, building surveys and advice for those considering buying or developing a property.

Taylor and Co Architects begins with an initial home consultation, providing an opportunity to discuss requirements, preferences and ideas. The team then explores potential layouts, relevant planning considerations, likely costs and the next steps involved.

The consultation usually takes about an hour and costs £150 including VAT, payable in advance. This fee is fully refundable after proceeding with the practice.

Whether it is making better use of an existing home or carefully adapting a historic property, Taylor and Co Architects brings architectural knowledge, practical experience and a collaborative approach to each project it works on.
