A property consultancy has announced eight promotions at its Worcester office after a busy six months for the team.
Fisher German, based at Global House, celebrated the career progression of team members after a busy summer, with high activity in housebuilding, energy, and devolution driving increased demand for informed consultancy services.
Emma Rea has been promoted to Interface Manager, while Lucy O’Hare steps up to Associate in the commercial property management team.
Other promotions include Henry Martyn-Smith in the development agency team and Amelia Pearson in the land rights and consultancy team, both now Senior Surveyors.
Nicky Smith has been named Senior Property Manager, Nikki Upson becomes Property Administrator, and Rachel Bury has been promoted to Senior Lettings Administrator in the rural property management team.
Pauline Evans completes the list with a promotion to Business Coordinator in the valuations team.
Ms Rea, who joined Fisher German in 2022 and works in land rights and consultancy, said: “I am very pleased to have been promoted and really grateful that Fisher German have recognised my contributions to the business.
“Throughout my time at Fisher German, they have listened and provided opportunities to continue to allow me to develop and learn new skills by getting involved in a variety of projects.
“Having colleagues around you who encourage and champion each other is an inspiring environment to be involved in.
“Following my promotion, I’m looking forward to continuing to work on a diverse range of projects whilst building wider working relationships with others across the company and our client base.”
Ms O’Hare, who joined the commercial property management team in early 2023, manages assets including industrial estates, offices, and retail units.
She said: “I’m really happy that I’m progressing my career within Fisher German and have a good team around me.
“I’ve always had great career support from within the commercial property management and Fisher German as a whole – there’s always someone to reach out to if needed.
“In the near future, I want to continue to enable our clients to feel confident in our services and build that trust even more.”
These promotions are part of 50 made across the company, which says the move reflects its commitment to staff development.
Andrew Bridge, Managing Partner at Fisher German, said: “With the shifting needs of our clients thanks to government policy changes and evolving markets, it has been great to see so many of our colleagues step up to the challenge.
“We have always rewarded those at Fisher German who perform well, and it is heartening to be making 50 promotions as we head into the final quarter of the year.
“I’d like to congratulate all those who have been promoted – all are thoroughly deserving of their success.”
Phil Winckles, Partner and Chair of Fisher German’s Appointments Committee, said the progress of colleagues was always a highlight of the business.
He said: “It is always enjoyable seeing so many colleagues progress through the business.
“Everyone who moves up within Fisher German has earned the right to do so thanks to their hard work, consistently high performance, and desire to deliver for their clients and colleagues.
“These promotions highlight the fantastic work our people do every day, and I am incredibly proud to play just a small part in that process.”
