HIGH temperatures are continuing this summer and many people will be searching for a wild swimming spot to cool off.
While Worcestershire is lucky to have beauty spots with bodies of water, not all are safe.
In the Malvern Hills, there have already been a number of warnings about cold water shock after groups tried to swim in Gullet Quarry, where a swimming ban is in place.
With wild swimming reported to offer a range of health benefits, Visit the Malverns has shared a seven places in Worcestershire where people can take a dip safely:
Wild-Wood UK
The wellness studio and outdoor spa in Leigh Sinton also boasts a lake, which can be booked for wild swimming.
Escape to the Lake

Based near Leigh, the lake is surrounded by wildflowers. As well as swimming, the site offers a sauna, yoga, sound baths, breathwork and creative workshops.
Orchard Holiday Park and Fishery
In addition to its members-only caravan standing, the site also offers bookable swimming sessions to non-residents. Those wanting to swim must be NOWCA members and book through their app.

Lenches Lakes

In sessions throughout the summer, the two lakes near Evesham can be booked for wild swimming.
Watersedge

The 11-acre lake in Bishampton, which has a dipping area, offers swimming sessions. A studio, spa and accommodation are also available to book.
Broadfields Wild Swimming and Wellbeing
Based near Cutnall Green, the swimming spot has social seating areas, as well as offering sauna sessions.

Lakeside Adventures

The spring-fed lake in Hartlebury offers cold-water swims and paddle sessions, as well as an Aqua Park.
