A man is set to be sentenced for a series of assaults against a woman over six months.
Wayne Brookes, 42, of Astwood Road in Worcester, appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Friday, May 8, after he pleaded guilty to four counts of assault and one count of criminal damage in February.
Brookes assaulted a woman by beating her on November 7, 2024.
He assaulted the same woman again by beating her on April 1, 2025
In the same month on the 24th, Brookes assaulted the same woman again by beating her, and causing criminal damage to her mobile phone.
On May 6, 2025, Brookes assaulted the same woman for a fourth time, also by beating her.

In addition to these offences, Brookes had previously admitted to two counts of breaking his bail conditions by entering Worcestershire when was prohibited to and by removing his GPS tag.
He will next appear in Worcester Crown Court on June 2 for sentencing.
