22-year-old man breached child protection order at children’s centre

A man has been sentenced for breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

Anthony Baker, 22, from Moat Crescent, Malvern, attended a children’s centre in Cheltenham, between June 14 and July 19, which he is forbidden to do under an order from Worcester Crown Court.

Baker, who was given the order in February 2021, pleaded guilty to the offence at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court, which reduced his community service from 100 hours to 90 hours.

Along with his unpaid work, Baker has been ordered to pay £250 to the courts, with £114 of this amount serving as a victim surcharge.
