“NO further action” will be taken after a notice was issued on an “abandoned” car, which has been left on a quiet residential street for weeks.
The car, a black Hyundai, has been left on Lansdowne Crescent Lane since the beginning of August.
A notice from Worcester City Council was attached to the vehicle on August 8, saying that the vehicle was considered “abandoned and destroyed”.

It said the owner had seven days to remove it, otherwise the council would remove it and have it destroyed.
Weeks later, the council said it no longer intends to do so.
“We have no immediate plans to take further action in relation to this vehicle,” a Worcester City Council spokesperson said.
