A wine shop is set to host a blind tasting event.
Evertons Wine Merchants & Shop, on Mealcheapen Street, Worcester, is holding the event on Thursday, July 9, from 6.30pm to 9pm.
A spokesperson for Evertons said: “Blind tasting may get a bad reputation for ponciness, but there is a very real method in the madness.”
The ‘approachable and unintimidating’ evening promises to help guests understand how the pros do it, ‘with some hints and tips on how to distinguish your Merlots from the Malbecs along the way’.
