A DRIVER has been arrested after a car was seen speeding through a village near Worcester.
Police had been on patrol in the area when they spotted the vehicle driving at speed in the early hours of Saturday morning (April 18).

The car was soon stopped in Whittington and it was discovered that the driver was over the drink driving limit.
They were subsequently arrested.
Officers said they had been patrolling between 2am and 8am over concerns about burglary in Whittington, Norton, Warndon and Crowle.
