We opened on May 5, 2026.
What does the business do/make/sell?
We are an independent audiology practice.
Our services include hearing assessments, hearing aids, wax removal, ear health checks and hearing protection.
What is your most memorable or proudest moment in business?
We bring over 13 years’ worth of audiology experience to the community.
Laura owned a franchised audiology business in Worcester for four years which she gained a lot of experience from.
Now her proudest moment is bringing her own practice to life and we are proud to offer specialised, patient-centred, individualised and affordable hearing care to the people of Worcester.

Any strange requests or stories from customers?
I fitted a customer with his new hearing aids.
At his follow-up appointment he mentioned that something in his house “kept making a clicking noise”.
The customer discovered a few days later it was a decorative clock he bought more than 10 years ago.
He had never heard it tick!
Anything else we should know?
We have built the new practice from the ground up ourselves, carefully designing every detail to create a relaxed space that truly reflects our values and meets the needs of our patients.
