A family-run hearing clinic has reached a major milestone just weeks after opening its doors.
Sound House Hearing, based in Worcester and founded by siblings Laura and Luke Mitchell, has welcomed its 200th registered patient in just 12 weeks of operation.
The clinic, at 330 Bath Road, opened on May 5 and offers hearing assessments, microsuction ear wax removal, hearing aids, and ongoing hearing care.
Laura Mitchell, co-founder and director of Sound House Hearing, said: “Welcoming our 200th registered patient onto our books so soon after opening means a great deal to Luke and me.
“After more than 13 years of combined experience in audiology, we knew we wanted to create something more personal.
“We built Sound House from the ground up so we could spend more time understanding each patient and provide specialist care around their individual needs.”

The business marks a new chapter for the Mitchells, who previously managed a high-volume high street audiology business.
Both siblings hold Foundation Degrees (FdSc) in Hearing Aid Audiology and have more than 13 years of combined experience in the field.
Their approach focuses on personalised care, with an emphasis on taking the time to understand and support each patient throughout their hearing journey.
Ms Mitchell said: “The response from people across Worcester has been incredibly encouraging.
“We are grateful to every person who has placed their trust in our family, and we are excited to keep building a clinic where patients feel heard, comfortable and supported throughout their hearing journey.”
Sound House Hearing offers private hearing services including hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and support, and hearing aid repairs.
