A Worcester digital consultancy has been shortlisted for a major award recognising employers making a difference through apprenticeships.
Worcester-based Fresh Nous, a customer experience and digital marketing consultancy, has been shortlisted for Small Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the 2026 Worcestershire Apprenticeships Awards.
The category, sponsored by the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, recognises small employers whose apprenticeship programmes have a meaningful impact on their apprentices.
Fresh Nous is shortlisted alongside Hewitt Recruitment and UK Electrical Installations, both established Worcestershire businesses with strong apprenticeship records.
Celia Felgate, director at Fresh Nous, said: “As a small business, everyone at Fresh Nous wears several hats and that includes our apprentices.
“From day one, they roll up their sleeves and get stuck into real client work, knowing their input is valid, while being supported by marketers with decades of experience in strategy, communication and stakeholder management.
“That balance is what makes it work so well for us and for our clients.”

Founded in 2014, Fresh Nous currently supports two marketing degree apprentices who work on live client accounts alongside experienced team members.
Ms Felgate said: “We are genuinely proud of what our apprentices bring to this business, from developing customer experience plans, managing campaigns and helping win new work to researching which tech trends are worth chasing and which will not stand the test of time.
“Being named alongside businesses like Hewitt Recruitment and UK Electrical Installations, who clearly feel the same way about their people, means a great deal to us.”
Higher-level apprenticeships like those supported by Fresh Nous offer a pathway for continued professional development through structured, formally recognised training.
A spokesperson for Fresh Nous said the team is looking forward to celebrating with the other finalists at the awards ceremony, which will take place at West Midlands Safari Park at the end of November.
