A MAN from Malvern has admitted taking more than £28,000 for work he didn’t complete.
Stephen Hodgkins, 56 and of no fixed abode in Malvern, will soon be sentenced for nine counts of fraud by false representation.
He took thousands of pounds for work that he was supposed to carry out in Malvern and Kidderminster.

In one case, the work, costing more than £9,000, was only minimally completed and in all others it was not completed at all.
The work he offered included cleaning guttering and double glazing.
He pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, September 19.
Hodgkins was remanded into custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court for sentence on Friday, October 16.
