WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has revealed why students were not collected by a bus service after a secondary school made a ‘formal complaint’.
The complaint was made to Worcestershire County Council by The Bewdley School after the BD03 service failed to collect students on Monday (September 14) morning.
According to the school, after the service failed to collect students, a ‘formal complaint’ was made to the council.
Writing on social media, The Bewdley School said: “We have been notified that the BD03 service did not collect students this morning (Monday, September 14).
“We are in contact with Worcestershire County Council, who are responsible for this service, and have raised a formal complaint regarding the disruption.”
After the BD03 service issues, Worcestershire County Council has confirmed that missed collections were caused by ‘staff illness’.
