A GROUND floor office in the city centre could be converted into a two-bedroom flat.
The office at Field House in Sansome Walk, Worcester, has been home to Sheppard Building and Project Consultancy.
But plans have now been submitted to Worcester City to turn the ground floor into housing.
According to the application, there are already six parking spaces at the property and no external works would be involved in the change of use.
There are already apartments on the upper floors of the building.
