A college is investing in a series of planned improvements across its Worcester campus this summer to create more modern and inclusive learning environments.
Heart of Worcestershire (HoW) College is introducing a range of upgrades across its Worcester site, forming part of its wider ‘Place’ strategy, which focuses on making the most effective use of its estate to support both students and staff.
Work is already underway at the All Saints building, where the Hair and Beauty department is moving into newly refurbished ground-floor space.
The reception area will also be upgraded to create a more welcoming environment for students and visitors.
A new Student Hub will be built to improve access to support services, and additional space is being created for staff.

Elsewhere on campus, the Art and Design department will relocate to the St Andrews building, which will also feature a new quiet study zone for students.
Resources from the Gill Callen Study Centre will be split between the All Saints and Cathedral study centres to maintain services for learners.
The Cathedral building will be re-purposed to house Sports and Public Services.
An existing engineering workshop will be converted into a dedicated sports teaching area, improving the quality and use of the space.
St Wulstan’s will see minor refurbishment works as it becomes the new home for the college’s expanding Health and Social Care provision for the 2026/27 academic year.
