Top Gear stars reunite with Jeremy Clarkson for special occasion

Top Gear stars including Jeremy Clarkson reunited for a special occasion, one of the former team members has said.

Chipping Norton farmer Mr Clarkson presented the BBC show between 2002 and 2015 alongside Richard Hammond and James May from 2003.

After Mr Clarkson’s contract was not renewed by the BBC, they went to Amazon Prime to launch the Grand Tour.

Their time on-screen came to an end in 2024 with One for the Road, which took the team across Zimbabwe and Botswana.

Behind the scenes was also long-term producer and best friend of Mr Clarkson’s Andy Wilman.

And between 2002 and 2010, racing driver Ben Collins was the man in the famous white suit known as The Stig.

In a recent podcast, Mr Collins revealed much of the Top Gear crew recently met up for Mr Wilman’s birthday party,

He told the Cars and Money podcast: “I got to see [Jeremy Clarkson] at Wilman’s birthday, it was his 60th.

“A whole lot of us got together, so you saw all the old faces all the old crews and stuff.

“And actually a lot of the Top Gear crews are still shooting Clarkson’s Farm, so he is a loyal guy.”

Mr Collins had famously had a brief fallout with Top Gear and the BBC when he quit over his book and revealing himself as The Stig.

But this feud was quickly resolved and the men remain good friends.
