A CITY CENTRE alleyway and car park have been cordoned off for several hours by police.
The section of James Close car park and the alleyway leading to St Paul’s Street have been cordoned off by police since at least 6am this morning (July 25).

Eyewitnesses say a man was arrested and police officers had door-knocked neighbours in the ‘early hours’.

A cordon remained at the scene at 11.30am this morning, with a single police officer and a police car in attendance.
The police officer at the scene declined to comment on the incident, stating to ask West Mercia Police Corporate Communications.
The officer would also not tell the Worcester News when West Mercia Police had been called to the incident.
West Mercia Police Press Office has been approached for comment but did not provide one before publication.
The Worcester News has also called the West Mercia Police Duty Inspector on two occasions today (July 26).
