A TEENAGER who admitted to dealing crack cocaine and heroin in Worcester has seen his sentencing delayed.
Taijahn Jeffrey, spoke only to confirm his name as he prepared to be sentenced for two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, and possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.
The 19-year-old previously admitted to possessing crack cocaine and heroin in Worcester with the intention of dealing it, as well as being in the possession of weapons described in court as ‘zombie-style’ knives, on March 11.
However, due to other offences the defendant is alleged to have committed but has yet to be charged for in other police areas, the sentencing was delayed by five weeks until Thursday, August 13,

Judge Payne said: “It would create a total sentencing mess.
“I am going to delay for the opportunity for information to be provided to the court.”
Jeffrey, of Astral Way, Stone, Staffordshire, was remanded into custody at HMP Brinsford until the next hearing, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 13.
