A Worcestershire marketing agency has reported a huge boost to business over the past five years.
Founded in 2021 in the wake of the pandemic, Sherbet Donkey, based in Stoke Prior, one of the UK’s leading search engine optimisation (SEO) agencies, is on its way to hitting a big milestone.
Sherbet Donkey was established by Loki Hinton-Bowen in 2021 after his own frustrating experiences with SEO services.
The agency, which started with a small team of five, now boasts a team of 45 and an SEO portfolio now worth £3.8 million.
The company has reported a growth in success since its first year, seeing the business become a powerhouse in the heart of the Midlands in just five years.

Ditching the one-size-fits-all model, Sherbet Donkey has built their business on a client-focused approach, providing targeted search engine performance enhancements, helping businesses expand their reach online.
In the last year alone, the company has strengthened its team with talent from across the country, including experts in SEO, writing, design, development, sales, and account management.
The company has gone on record to say it has achieved the following over the past 12 months: 27 websites launched in the last year; £3.8 million in annual SEO retainers; entered new markets and signed bigger clients; 45-strong team of experts; and rebranded and launched a new SEO and UX-optimised website.
Sherbet Donkey’s growth is more than just the expansion of their team.
They have also entered new sectors, including food and drink, retail, and cosmetic healthcare.
Looking ahead, the agency plans to expand further into new industries and sign even larger clients, aiming for a turnover of £10million by 2028.
Founder Loki Hinton-Bowen said: “The last five years have been phenomenal for Sherbet Donkey, but we’re not about to get complacent.
“In the next few years, Sherbet is going to expand into more new sectors, signing even bigger clients and reaching for £10 million in turnover by 2028.”
