mfg Solicitors has strengthened its corporate team with a series of senior appointments.
The law firm, which has offices across the West Midlands including Worcester and the Black Country, has a corporate team that now consists of five partners and nine additional lawyers.
The corporate team is led by partner Clare Lang, who has welcomed new arrivals Matt Smith, Philip Chapman, Nick Little, and Sophie Thornton.
Ms Lang, partner and head of corporate, said: “We have built significant momentum over the past year, growing not only the size of our team, but also the breadth of work we are undertaking for clients.
“The additional experience within the team, combined with our sector focus, means we are well placed to support businesses across the region and nationally.”

The expanded team brings additional experience in manufacturing and engineering, the circular economy, aerospace and defence, professional services, and technology.
It advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, succession-driven exits, private equity-backed transactions, and corporate restructuring.
Recent work has included advising on the transition of Grapetree Foods to employee ownership, the sale of The Secret Garden School and Parker Precision Engineering, an investment in Play Revolution, and the acquisition of Waterloo Hire.
The firm said the team’s growth follows a sustained increase in new client wins.
mfg Solicitors continues to expand more broadly, including through further expansion at the Waterfront in the Black Country.
It also operates from offices in Worcester, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Ludlow, and Telford.
