A MAN has been jailed and banned from entering Worcester for five years.
Jack Park of Bankside Boulevard, Salford, Greater Manchester, faced three charges of assault by beating, criminal damage to property valued under £5000 and harassment – put in fear of violence.
The 28-year-old pled guilty to the harassment charge at Kidderminster Magistrates Court, but pled not guilty to both assault by beating and criminal damage to property.
Both the assault by beating and criminal damage to property charge were dismissed, but he was found guilty of assault by beating.
He will not be allowed to enter Worcester for five years and was sentenced to 12 months behind bars.
