Autistic adults have been invited to a wellbeing walk in Worcester Woods.
The event, on Wednesday, June 3, between 11am and 1pm, will provide a chance to meet other autistic adults, talk to staff from Autism West Midlands and enjoy nature in a calm and relaxing setting.
It will not require participants to socialise.
The walk may not last the entire two hours, and attendees are welcome to use the park’s cafe if it finishes early, although Autism West Midlands staff will not be able to stay.
An Autism Specialist Advisor will be leading the session and be able to provide information, advice, and signposting to services. Unfortunately children under 16 can not be accommodated.
