Why dog lovers should head to The Fold at Bransford on this day

A POPULAR annual charity event is set to return to support rescued greyhounds.

The jumble sale and tombola will be held to aid Candy’s Greyhound Rescue at The Fold in Bransford.

The event on Sunday, June 14 promises bargains, hidden gems, and a chance to win prizes.

The sale is now in its third year at The Fold as host venue and is part of a growing partnership between the Worcestershire community space and Candy’s  raising vital funds for the dogs.

An entry fee of just £1 on the door means more funds for the greyhounds.

The money will directly aid veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, food, care, and safe, loving homes for retired racing and abandoned greyhounds.

Who does it help?

The day also offers a community vibe, affordable second-hand items, and a chance to help vulnerable dogs.

Candy’s said: “We’re incredibly grateful to The Fold for hosting us again for a third year.

“Every pound raised helps us continue caring for greyhounds who deserve a second chance.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming the local community for a fun day of bargain hunting, a tombola and fundraising for a cause close to our hearts.”
