AN antiques shop near Worcester has confirmed when it will next be open to visitors.
Poppy Jackson Emporium, based at Porters Mill near Fernhill Heath, will soon host its next open day, offering an eclectic mix of antiques, including ornaments, furniture, fabric and lighting.
This will mark the shop’s second open day of 2026 and will take place from 10.30am to 3.30pm on Saturday, April 18.

“Our second open day of 2026, come along and have a mooch around,” a spokesperson for the shop said. “You’re bound to find something you will like.”
It has now been more than a year since the shop was re-opened by David McLean and Matti Rogers, in memory former owner Dan Jones, who died at the age of 52 in 2024.
“It’s an interesting place and an eclectic mix of all sorts of weird and random bits and pieces,” Mr McLean said at the time.
