THE plea hearing for a man accused of 24 sexual offences against children has been postponed for a second time.
Michael Farney, 51, had been due to enter his pleas at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday, September 1.
An issue with a water supply in the building, causing it to be closed on Tuesday, meant that his case was among many that needed to be adjourned.

Farney, of Michael Crescent in Malvern, appeared in court for his initial plea hearing last month, but it was adjourned due to problems around his legal representation.
He was granted conditional bail.
The defendant is accused of offences, including causing a child to engage in sexual activity, causing a child to look at sexual images and taking indecent photographs of a child.
Farney is now due to appear for his rescheduled plea hearing at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, September 7.
