He has pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating and one count of harassment without violence.

Allen also pleaded guilty to harassment against another woman after he breached a restraining order that was handed to him in April 2023.

He has appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court, where he was sentenced to 26 weeks for the restraining order breach, eight weeks for assault by beating and 10 weeks for harassment without violence. All three sentences will run concurrently.

Magistrates said jail time was necessary as Allen had carried out an “unprovoked attack of a serious nature”.
