A MAN was caught using his phone while driving on the busy A4440.
Daniel Zagrodnik, 45, was using the device while travelling on the busy dual carriageway in Worcester.
He pleaded guilty to using a handheld device while driving and was sentenced at Worcester Magistrates’ Court.

Zagrodnik, of Bath Road, Worcester, was fined £546 and was given six points on his licence.
He was also ordered to pay £130 in costs and a £218 surcharge.
A driving ban wasn’t handed down due to the impact it could have on his employment.
