A new, UK-first housing development promises greener living and could offer electricity bills as low as £25 per month.
Avalon Grove in Badsey, near Evesham, is the first UK development to offer the E.ON Next tariff as part of its “Lower Bills Built In” scheme.
Nicol & Co has been appointed to market the 35 homes, which are built by Cotswold Oak and designed with sustainability in mind.
Heather Turner, senior new homes sales specialist at Nicol & Co, said: “Cotswold Oak has teamed up with E.ON Next to build future-ready new homes, powered by smarter renewable tech.
“Kitted out with solar panels, batteries, and EV chargers, the Lower Bills Built In homes are engineered for more sustainable living with the ease of fixed monthly electricity bills.”
The properties feature Cotswold Oak’s Signature specification, with upgrades included as standard on many of the homes that can include stone worktops in kitchens and utilities, extra vanities in bathrooms and ensuites, under pelmet lighting, and rainwater shower heads to ensuite.
