A Worcestershire restaurant is relaunching after undergoing a six-figure refurbishment.
The 3 AA Rosette Chaddesley Restaurant at Brockencote Hall Hotel has been reimagined as Malvern Restaurant following a £150,000 investment, transforming the space into a contemporary dining destination.
The redesigned interior draws heavily on nature, creating a warm and elegant setting that reflects the landscape beyond its windows.
There is also a bespoke carpet inspired by traditional ornamental textiles.
The new-look setting is complemented by a menu overseen by longstanding head chef Tim Jenkins, who is marking a decade of culinary service at the hotel.
With menus shaped by the Worcestershire countryside, Brockencote Hall has forged a reputation of sourcing ingredients locally, including from the hotel’s kitchen garden, 12 hive apiary and local suppliers.
The business said visitors can expect “beautifully crafted dishes” such as XL Orkney Scallop.
Malvern Restaurant also offers a tasting menu, designed to showcase the kitchen’s finest seasonal ingredients through a carefully curated multi-course dining experience.
The much-loved cheese trolley also returns.
