VISITORS can ride in a real fire engine this weekend while their car gets cleaned at a charity event.
Pershore Fire Station is hosting a family-friendly fundraiser on Saturday (October 17) in support of The Fire Fighters Charity.
The event, from 10am to 3pm, lets visitors get their car cleaned by firefighters and take a trip in a fire engine.

Visitors can meet firefighters, enjoy the fire station atmosphere, and support the fundraiser.
On Facebook, an organiser for the event said: “With the weather of late, wouldn’t it be great, to get your car sparkling clean, whilst giving the kids a ride in the big red machine?
“So bring the car, bring the kids, and come and see us.
“You get a cleaner car, the kids get a memory to treasure, and a great cause gets your support.”
