An ‘old skool’ Ibiza legend is preparing to perform a special DJ set in Worcester.
Alex P, founder of the famed Space Terrace at the 2000s hottest superclub, is set to perform at Atique @ Velvet Nightclub on Friday, September 11.
The event, organised by WR1 in partnership with Slay Events, is billed as the group’s largest to date.
The DJ, who been working in Ibiza and around the world since the late 80s, will perform a rare vinyl-only set.
The night will also feature performances from Dave Bergin (Good Times), Spence, Signal E, and DJ Jaxx.
In addition to the music, the event will be a full Neon White Party, with guests encouraged to wear white.
Extra production is being brought in with lasers, UV lighting, smoke effects and additional lighting and visual elements all being used to create a much bigger experience within the intimate venue.
With a strictly limited venue capacity, organisers are reporting strong demand for tickets, with the early releases selling out within three weeks and only general release tickets, including group offers, remaining.
The night is set to start at 7pm and wrap up by 1am. Tickets are available through Skiddle.
