Halloween shop in Worcester to transform into Christmas store

A city-centre Halloween shop will switch to Christmas stock after October 31, its owner has confirmed.

The Spooktacular Halloween Shop opened at 9am on Wednesday, October 7, in the former Fifty Scents unit on Broad Street, Worcester.

Shop owner Juliean Dobson has been pleased with the interest since opening.

She said: “It’s been really good, we’ve had a lot of people coming in and looking around, a lot of interest.

“We’ve got everything you could want for Halloween, all your costumes, things to decorate your room if you are having a party.

“I’m very excited for Halloween.”

The store will keep Halloween products for several days after October 31, before changing to Christmas items.

Ms Dobson added: “We keep the Halloween stock in for a few days and then we turn it to all Christmas,

“We try to cater for anything you could want for Christmas, decorations, wrapping paper, personalised ornaments, we try to cover everything.”

The shop is already selling some Christmas products.
