A DRIVER failed to stop after he crashed into a wall in a village near Malvern.
Paul James, 48, was uninsured when he crashed a car into a wall, constructed from Malvern Stone, on Drake Street in Welland.
He appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 16, where he pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a road accident and driving without insurance.
James, of Marlbank Road, Welland, was fined £80, given six penalty points, as well as being ordered to pay £130 in costs and a £32 surcharge.
