A LANE in the city centre was blocked as emergency services attended an incident.
A police car and an ambulance were stopped in one lane of College Street as they attended an incident on Wednesday evening (September 2), which appeared to have taken place inside a block of flats.
Officers could be seen guiding a person into the ambulance.

A passer-by reported seeing emergency vehicles on the scene shortly before 8pm.
The nature of the incident is yet to be confirmed.
