Aldi shoppers will need to move quickly to get their hands on a viral rosé magnum being slashed to under £10 – with the supermarket imposing a strict limit on how many bottles customers can buy.
The Le Grand Poulet Rosé Magnum will drop from £11.99 to just £9.99 in Aldi stores from Thursday, August 27 until Wednesday, September 2.
But there is a catch. Customers will be limited to three bottles per person, with the offer running only while stocks last.
What is a magnum of wine?
The 150cl bottle is equivalent to two standard bottles, making it a tempting option for anyone planning a late-summer gathering or looking to make the most of the final days of sunshine.
The wine has already attracted attention from wine expert Sam Caporn, Mistress of Wine, who said: “The popular Le Petit Poulet Rosé is now available in a gorgeous magnum and thus named Le Grand Poulet.
“Brand new in store it is just £11.99 (magnums typically cost more than 2x bottles of 75cl due to the cost of the glass) with the standard size costing £6.29 making this even more of a winner.

“A fairly classic blend of Grenache, Merlot & Syrah expect notes of raspberry, cherry and peach with all the freshness you’d expect from the 2025 vintage.”
The supermarket’s standard-sized Le Petit Poulet Rosé is also available for £6.29 for a 75cl bottle.
The £9.99 magnum deal is available in Aldi stores from Thursday, August 27 to Wednesday, September 2, with the three-bottle limit applying per customer.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone – so shoppers hoping to pick one up may want to get there early.
