90s and 2000s music legend to perform at Jeremy Clarkson’s pub

A 90s and 2000s music legend is to perform at Jeremy Clarkson’s Cotswolds pub.

The Clarkson’s Farm star will welcome the musician at the Farmer’s Dog next month.

Th 66-year-old bought the Windmill pub in Asthall near Burford for around £1,000,000 before renovating the spot and opening it in summer 2024.

It has now been revealed that Andy Cato will be performing at the pub on Friday, September 4.

Taking place from 2pm the Hawkstone Harvest Festival will take place at the Asthall watering hole.

Both Groove Armada’s Andy Cato and the Hawkstone Farmers Choir will be playing live music and tickets are available now.

Cato saw chart success with Groove Armada’s singles ‘At the River’, ‘I See You Baby’ and ‘Superstylin”.

It has also been confirmed that Mr Clarkson and fellow Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper will be at the event in west Oxfordshire.

A statement from The Farmer’s Dog issued on Friday, August 21 said: “The harvest is in and we’re celebrating.

“You may have already heard the news, but we wanted to make sure you didn’t miss it.

“On September 4, 2pm to 9pm, we’re throwing the Hawkstone Harvest Festival at The Farmer’s Dog – a celebration of British farming, put together with our friends at Hawkstone.

“Live music all day featuring Groove Armada’s Andy Cato and the Hawkstone Farmers Choir. Jeremy and Kaleb will be in attendance.

“And every ticket includes a free pint of our brand-new Wildfarmed collaboration brew on arrival.

“Limited tickets are available now. They won’t hang around.”
