A school-themed raffle is giving customers the chance to win a prize just in time for the new term.
Specsavers Worcester has organised the fundraiser to support Sensory Matters Worcestershire, a charity that helps people living with sensory loss across the county.
The raffle will run until August 31, with the winner receiving a back-to-school pack including a backpack, lunchbox, water bottle, pencil case and stationery—perfect for getting a child ready for the classroom.
Dean Roberts, store director at Specsavers Worcester, said: “Sensory Matters is a fantastic charity, so we hope our latest raffle will help us donate even more towards the cause.
“If you’re bringing your child in to see us over the summer holidays for an eye test, make sure to get involved, you might just win our prize.”
Customers can enter the draw for a £1 donation, and the team has already raised more than £335 for the charity.
Sensory Matters Worcestershire is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with vision and hearing impairments.
The charity relies on community support and donations to keep its advice services and support networks running.
Specsavers Worcester is a locally owned and operated business located on Pump Street.
