Six days of rain are expected in Worcestershire in the coming fortnight after
After a July in which Worcestershire received just 1.3 millimetres of rain fall, and an equally barren August, many will be delighted for the heavens to open.
According to BBC weather, rain is forecast in the county every day from Friday, August 21, to Wednesday, August 26.

July 2026 was the driest July since records started in 1836, with England having just 7 per cent of expected rainfall, bringing with it an early harvest and an official declaration of drought.
Despite this unprecedented lack of rainfall, Severn Trent have kept up their record of refusing to install a hosepipe ban on the region.

Temperatures will also hover around 22c to 24c highs throughout the week, another welcome change after the county’s fifth heatwave of the year arrived this week.
An amber warning for extreme heat was covered Worcestershire yesterday (August 13) as temperatures reached their highest this month.
In Pershore, the heat reportedly reached 38c, according to Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
